- Very nice team colleagues.
- Perfect example of an unsuccessful leadership in a study material of business school. Case study topic could be "How NOT to manage a company" or "How to FAIL in leadership and engaging employees"
- Great benefits, for example an obligation to participate the company BBQ on the balcony every time someone gets fired (minimum once a month)

GSCF is truly like a bad dream come true. If you care about your mental health, strongly recommend that you don't waste a minute of your life even thinking about applying for this company.
Management is utterly incompetent and egocentric and has no conscience, and on top of all refuses to seek for any personal nor professional development. In a normal company none of them would most likely even see the end of their probation period.
The way employees are treated, controlled and bullied here is sickening and barely even legal. This leads to a depressing, demotivating working environment and probably the highest employee turnover you have ever seen. This is a shame because without all the controlling, a company with such size and such young team could be a dynamic and an innovative working place. Sadly, this wouldn't however necessarily save anything since GSCF does not have any professional development or career opportunities or even at least an interesting work to offer.
