Arbeitsatmosphäre
The work atmoshpere is based on conflict. There is little cooperation, rather clashes that can go all the way to incivility. Very stressful environment.
The change management process was conducted very poorly (around 2018), and has generated culture clash, uncertainty, unsatisfaction and loyalty loss of many.
Kommunikation
The communication is poor. The management does little to convey the mission of the company, and promote a solid company culture. Most people therefore don't have a sense of purpose or direction.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
As everywhere, there are nice and prepared people. If you are lucky, you can manage to work in a good team. Overall, though, you might have the feeling that not all are on the same page. And you will have to fight for even basic tasks or processes, that are given for granted in more prepared companies. Complete chaos and lots of stressful sutations.

A company culture where leadership seen as a power game. Entrapreneurial mindset is not encouraged.

Karriere/Weiterbildung
First company where I never had access to professional education. You will be trained on the job to learn about the waste incineration process, but that's it.
