Implemented and aligned processes in all areas have not been able to keep up with the rapid growth. Therefore, if you appreciate a hands-on mentality, then you'll find a great working space at HZI. The company is very open for improvements.
Unfortunately, the management is rather distrustful of remote working during Covid and is even promoting travelling for work at the height of the pandemic.

professional, always something to laugh about at most (remote) meetings, constructive inputs, feeling of moving forward and becoming better together, however some unacceptable behavior (sexist, racist, etc.) from individuals is tolerated

generally pro-active, kind and supportive collaboration with most colleagues, some constant negative attitudes and silo thinking from individuals (as in every company)

There is always plenty of work with some strict deadlines. Luckily, I have the autonomy to prioritise.

I experience the managers I interact with as transparent, collaborative, humorous. Culture of working towards the same company goals!
