Hostile takeover of all key positions within the company. Nearly all of the the previous senior management and many department/group leaders have been forced out of their position and/or the company. 90% have been replaced by ex Alstom/GE basically former colleagues and friends of new management. Very little trust left.

Lack of transparency in communication. Lack of transparency in recruitment process.

Significant loss of trust in management by long term employees.
Work-Life-Balance
Very conservative view on home office during Covid crisis, especially when compared to other companies.

Many newcomers simply don't understand the products, market or company.

As an older colleague I can't complain.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Loss of desk space due to an unnecessary recruitment. Unnatural and unsustainable growth in employees mean that there's much little space to work.
