- Consumer is a really bad work environment - especially in planning. They have a lot of openings in Consumer SCM because the turnover is huge!!
- They fence people from getting other Jobs at JnJ because they want to keep talents without offering them appropriate package and/or a job that satisfies.
- Salaries are crap vs competition
- Consumer is offering poor diversity in tasks
