The interview was great from my perspective, it was a very friendly environment. I first talked only with one person (Introduction, present yourself, how did you found out about the position, etc.) and then I did a little technical presentation with the whole team which I though went well, there were several questions which I answered fine.
I'm not german or from the EU so there was a lot of talk of what would have to be done to actually hire me and my current situation.
I think my profile matched perfectly with the position and I had a very positive feedback right after the interview, but at the end I was told that the team was not convinced.
