All depends on your manager you need to work with. There is a large variety, though due to the nature of work and compansation (bonus driven) the culture suffers of unacceptable behaviour.

Required communication is managed also by central functions, so this is quite ok.

Your collegues will mostly be smart people, particular on the non-management level.
Work-Life-Balance
You will need to work much more per CHF.
You will do overtime whenever your manager wants, you will be asked to go to the client even your definitely sick, and on top of that you have to compensate (in case there is no work) whenever your manager wants. - your desires? no not much room for that.
BUT: in case your profitable, it works as anywhere else: when you quite you suddenly get lots of choices offered :-)

You only get further education in case there is no way around. It is just cost for them and most probably you won t stay long.
