Tuff competition in some teams due to restructuration, uncertainties on the future and the number of person on temporary contract.
Teamwork is not valued.
In theory, some people of the management are trying to make effort to humanize the office by some actions - but there is a lot of improvement to be made in this area
Managers are so busy that there is not much room for people management
A lot of junior ambitious people willing to grow up the ladder at any price sometimes. The environement is not collaborative at all.
The atmosphere looks to be more pleasant depending of the teams though.
Possibility to work very independently, therefore develop your own skills by yourself.
