No bad experience at all
As the Teams are international, it's sometimes not easy to feel and spread the team-spirit. Especially when you are located in another location / country as your teammates. The "coffetalks" are currently badly missed - which is not changeable due to the current travel restrictions caused by COVID-19
I never worked for a company before, were the environment tries to ensure that the work stays interesting, if you don't like your current role, there are many possibilities to change and develop. Communication is key!
Communication can always be improved, but in general I feel well informed about the major topics
I never experienced that someone was judging because of gender, age or any other reason. At the end of the day, we are all equal and are offered the same chances.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
The age is not relevant at all. The old and the young are working hand in hand and are learning from each other.
Karriere / Weiterbildung
Career paths are well defined, and one can really go the way up. Also education and trainings are supported and even internally organized and offered to everyone who is interested.
Gehalt / Sozialleistungen
Netcetera is not known for very high salaries, but they provide quite some benefits, which compensate the gaps. My personal opinion is still, that as long as the environment and the work are satisfying, the salary is secondary. At that point when the salary becomes major, then it's time to look for another employer.
The offices in Zurich are located in older buildings - having an urban touch, but lacking a bit with daylight and some "warm" and "welcoming" interior. Bit more color and plants might change that, but this is a question of taste. In regards of the work infrastructure, I can't say anything bad. One can even choose to work with Mac or Windows PC.
Umwelt- / Sozialbewusstsein
I experienced so far that the company is willing to take care of the climate and social needs. However, there is always room for improvement and much of it depends on the employees and their behavior (e.g. travelling to work by car or public transport).
It's not a buzzword at all - the company is really offering many possibilities to the employees. Its up to oneself to use them or not.
Nothing serious happening in regards of the Image. I would say it's neutral and as there are many colleagues for quite some years in the company and even coming back after leaving, I would say the image is quite good.
- The company grew quite fast in the last couple of years. Now it's important to not loose the personal touch, which differentiates it from the big ones were the employee becomes an anonymous number. With the current size this might happen very fast, which really would be a sad change in the story of this amazing company.

- Worklife balance - it is really supported and helps to bring private and personal live in a healthy and satisfying balance
- The possibility to work from everywhere, please don't change that
The "team" is not a real one, you belong to your project team and that's were the line management (Teamlead) becomes an administrator and your "team colleagues" some dudes you meet for a team lunch or meeting once in a while. Sometimes one is not sure to whom to talk, if a problem occurs.
This is complaining on a very high level, since it is not really an issue. The project team is usually very close and supportive in any kind of questions or situations, but then you have this team and teamleader to whom you don't really have a relationship and at the beginning it feels bit strange.
