This company is highly irresponsible and risky. They can’t pay their employees and spend huge amounts of money to external consulting people. Last year, in 2019, there must have been at least 10 people who got either forced to leave or left out of own will. Im surprised there are not more bad reviews about this company.
In general, there are too many people trying to be important and providing no real value to the company.
When things in a project get a bit tougher, which is the normal case in IT, people start to become toxic to each other. Not far from it are rude and childish behaviour. The development leadership is full of themselves and does not listen to anything.
If you want to have a stable job, with a possibility to get raises, avoid this place!!!!
