Colleagues are very open and always willing to help. It's like working with friends. Only the workload sometimes is not beneficial for fast problem solving where the spontaneous help of colleagues is needed.

Flex working hours, working from home, locationless contracts, maternity benefits, special vacation for moves, weddings, and death of a family member - sometimes you have overtime but all in all I considered it a great work-life-balance.

I've perceived a very enabling management style. Whenever I faced challenges, my manager offered me any help needed.

Colleagues aged 45+ are well treated. It's just that there aren't many. There must be a reason that a lot of colleagues change company before they reach that seniority...

Office spaces enable a great working environment. However, technological equipment could be more powerful. I don't know how many hours I've spent waiting due to my slow computer and the slow intranet and internet connection.

I was positively overwhelmed to learn what P&G does for sustainability. Palm oil usage e.g. is a concern very close at my heart. You can't deny that P&G is a big consumer of palm oil (side) products; however, they have extensive measures in place to ensure the most sustainable sourcing possible.

Amazing pension plan scheme, salaries above average, social benefits (e.g. they pay 80% of your health insurance)

The company is much better than I thought it would be. When I hear colleagues speaking, most criticism targets the organizational side (being too big and intransparent), but in terms of the company's social impact and working conditions, I am overwhelmed.
