Excellent employer, but difficult to get an internal job

Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
New ways of working like home office and the focus on substainability and inclusion are amazing.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Two kind of employees: internal (ca. 2/3) and contractors (ca. 1/3). Even when the differences are not enormous, still there is a slightly discrimination of contractors. Even when both do the same job.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
It should be much easier for employees to change from a contractor position to an internal position. Since many benefits (like bonuses) are only for internal employees, those positions are much more attractive. Employer should make the burdens to change to an internal position easier.
