There is little trust for the employees, which is the biggest problem. In my team the atmosphere was disillusioning due to high turnover rates.

A lot is going on behind the curtains that you are not aware of.

At least for my team barely present, people look for themselves only.
Work-Life-Balance
Extra hours are the rule rather than the exception. If you enjoy sitting in meeting, this company is for you. It seems that for every meeting there is another meeting to organize it. Meetings anytime and everywhere, but little alignment. It's insane.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Managers mostly stay among managers and as an employer you have the feeling of being a second class citizen; not valued and not trusted. Most of the good managers also left the company.
Interessante Aufgaben
The only objectives that exist are financial ones, there is no higher purpose.

I had the feeling that there was a complete lack of awareness for integrity and social responsibility. Especially in business-units that sell financial products.

I would say it is below average.
