I got a first interview couple of years ago, I applied again for a different position and the HR manager rejected me on the principle. I called in order to clarify the situation and she simply took her old note of previous interview in which I admit , I was not well prepared and said something like "you were bad, you are still bad" no possibility to get heard and present valuable arguments.
I think it is a pitty for the company and it is definitely a disappointment for me to be blacklisted by one person at the HR.
Talking to recruiter afterwards, this practice of sensirion seems to be known.... so be sure and well prepared if you apply, you will have only one chance in a life....
