Live the spirit of remote lifestyle and make Home Office the new standard way of working. Invest in a better digital infrastructure for employees, be open to standardly remote working even after COVID19. That would really create an advantage for a large number of young colleagues, who are intensively using their fringe benefits.
Second tip, subsidize the cantine for SWISS employees, just like at the other Hubs.

Some times a setup with different hubs and cultures can be challenging, but overall it's mostly smooth and exciting

Especially during COVID19. Very close and transparent update cycles from top and middle management.

As in every large enterprise, there are some more challenging colleagues, but overall very strong bond between the colleagues ... #weareinthistogether

Again, industry-wise it is a high-based salary as in general the aviation industry and especially airlines are highly cost-driven. But for Swiss terms, there are definitely industries in which the average salary is higher. Nevertheless, a large benefit are the impressive flight benefits with hundreds of airlines worldwide. So overall it is a fair mix between a good salary and second-to-none fringe benefits.
