Company meetings are hold once a months (IF). Management is very passive

French citizens are used to communicate and communicate preferably with own nationals only. No international envinroment

nothing like that exist in Tally Weijl. OT hours are never paid off, missing hours always deducted from salaries. Most of the employees struggle in terms of money and salary rewards

discriminative, selfish. It is considered to be normal to hear from management: We dont keep anyone here and everyone is replaceable.
