Nice people, open space design works well
Leadership tends to blame others and avoid taking responsibility for own actions. Lots of empty promises.
Nice colleagues overall but still weird dynamics post merger.
Interesting projects and nice clients.
Reluctant to openly discuss issues.
Women are fairly represented in leadership roles and inclusion and diversity are priorities - except for pay.
Karriere / Weiterbildung
Good opportunities but a lot of self initiative is expected. Mentoring and hipo programs have just started. People managers differ in the support and interest in developing people.
Flexible working hours and possibility to work from home. Workload and pressure are high and nobody seems to care. The give and get is wrong.
- Get the pay right and invest more thought in motivation and development of your people.
Flat hierarchies, smart people in the international network, good products, collaborative culture.
Asks for a lot and gives little in return.
