Everyone seems to be enthusiastic about their job (although its not clear if thats because you have to be)
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Extreme performance pressure towards employees; a pressure for employees to spend free time at the office and socialize, regardless of their private lives; a lack of personal connection between management and employees, but weekly meetings where an entirely fake and superficial speech is given, highlighting togetherness and teamwork; the company puts emphasis on quantity not quality of work and colleagues reported spending their entire weekends sleeping because of being overworked.

Perhaps employees should not be so pressurized (from both the work load and in social ways), so that they can do their jobs efficiently, intelligently and without the stress that comes with being overloaded with work (just so that the company, which already has multi millions in annual turnover), can line their pockets even more with cash. Also, taking away this attitude that if you dont work 10 hours a day, you arent working hard enough or arent serious, could make for happier employees.
Management pretends (and promotes actively) an idea of no hierarchy in the company and that they are friendly, but I worked there for 3 weeks before a manager asked me who I was...
Also, to be watched, monitored and supervised all day long really detracts from the opportunity to produce quality work and to feel valued, trusted and respected.
