We do have a prescribed amount of working hours per day and a strict schedule on presence (9-12, 14-17). Working conditions in general are very outdated but are currently being revised (also because of the whole covid-situation).
Also it's not allowed to work from abroad during this whole situation - why not?

Competitive salaries, competitive amount of holidays, competitive amount & flexibility of working hours (annual and not daily amount of working hours -> client work is not plannable per day...)

Great office, great people => great atmosphere
Kommunikation
Weekly company meetings & teammeetings, monthly strategic update and yearly review & outlook. Also, great communication with regard to the covid-situation
Work-Life-Balance
It's an agency - don't expect a great work-life-balance... But that's ok because it's an agency and you have other perks ;)
Vorgesetztenverhalten
qualification for certain positions is sometimes questionnable/ not clear. Lack of strategic vision for middle management (looking beyond their unit). In general the management seems endeavored, which is already worth a lot.
Gleichberechtigung
No women in upper management. Not possible to work part time in a management position - job sharing?

Salary does not match responsibility and workload. In comparison to other digital agencies we have lower Smolarys (at least for the consultant & senior consultant positions)
