Keep focus on communication and career development and do not get distracted by negativity of some employees who are not interested in helping improve the situation.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

Very fast and results focused culture. Very international business and group of colleagues in the office which makes things very interesting. If you want to work in a place that is 100% predictable and everyone shares the same culture and background, you may not enjoy it.

Kommunikation

An area that is clearly a priority to improve and a focus of the leadership team. Could be much better. Better than it was.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

A very respectful and professional group of colleagues. Will be good to move into new building and get a chance to interact with each other more in person. Because we are working with many cultures and backgrounds there can be many assumptions made which are incorrect so we can work to improve this even more.

Work-Life-Balance

A lot more flexibility available due to more home work after Corona.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Leaders are held to a high standard and work along with their teams on many issues. Are working together to improve as a leadership team through many challenges in the past few years.

Interessante Aufgaben

The work is challenging and interesting and being part of the story at this stage can be very exciting. There is a chance to make a big impact.

Mixed image partly because of many changes over the years have left some people frustrated. Many people like the chance to work for an American company with a very diverse team of many backgrounds and some do not.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

This is another area that has been a big focus over the past few years and will take time to show all the outcomes. As there is so much growth planned, it is easy to see many opportunities for people to grow in their careers. Happy to see programs and trainings being put into place and available and the leadership team sees this as a top priority.
