In 2.5 years I only had one project where my colleagues and I didn‘t match 100% and this was only a short one. For all the others, working atmosphere was amazing. Everyone was supporting each other and if one of us had to stay late, all of us stayed late and helped. Everyone is super nice and we often went for dinner and events after work.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
As mentioned above, it was always very collaborate. Obviously, in Consulting it is always a little bit competitive, but whenever I had a question or an issue, I received support from everyone involved.
Work-Life-Balance
Depending on the project. I did Management Consulting and Strategy and in MC it was better than in Strat.
But weekends were always free for example, which is not the case with other consulting firms.

I was super lucky with my project and practice leads. They made sure I can develop, fought for my promotions and supported me in every situation.
Interessante Aufgaben
In regards to this, best job I ever had. Work changed every couple of weeks due to projects changing and I learnt a lot. I was a young professional and learnt a lot.
Gleichberechtigung
There is a focus on all I&D topics and Accenture is a role model in this area. Especially compared to other consulting firms (like Big4), Accenture really makes a difference here.

Of course, travelling so much is never good for the environment. But Accenture does what it can to reduce CO2 emissions.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
I got a raise quite quickly and when my promotion didn‘t go through due to budgetting issues, they still raised my salary immensly so that it was a compromise for both sides.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
The only point where I wasn‘t 100% satisfied. Promotions depended on your whole team‘s performance and the projects sold. We had several rounds where no one got promoted in our team and the queue of people waiting got longer and longer. In the end they made up for it and promoted a bunch of people at the same time. Still wasn‘t fair though to let some wait so much longer than others.
From what I know, Accenture is working on this though and it has already improved.
