Get rid off bullying senior managers.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
People who can not lead were promoted in positions where they are responsible for other people but do not have the quality to do so. Senior management on top of that is mostly old and due to German law not fireable. That results in managers bullying their subordinates until they get sick or quit. The managers stay and repeat this process with.
None of my former colleagues is happy to still work there.
Kommunikation
3 Stars because there are too many meetings. You need to get your work done, work overtime bcs there is too many unnecessary meetings.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Me first, ellbow mentality. Smiling in your face and talking sh*t about you behind your back. It's purely networking and taking advantage of you and your position.
Work-Life-Balance
Long hours and working on the weekend is a given. In the middle of nowhere and there is not much one can do in Nuremberg on the weekends apart from traveling and spending the extra money you earn.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Salary is ok.
