More money, less robotics
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Agile Robots is a chinese company with lots pain points. HR was advertising a modern environment during my hiring process which is not the case. To me it was an exhausting time.
Work-Life-Balance
Core working hours are available and people often stick to them. But there are enough colleagues who work overtime and almost live in the office. There are few or no checks and notices in order to ensure that. Also there was an opportunity to do homeoffice and work remote that was recently cut down to four days a month.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
I have the feeling that no one is listening to us rationally. Moreover, there is no sensible communication
Gleichberechtigung
Staff is segmented and chances are not equal. Lots of opportunities have been missed, the core team is in horrible condition. No chances to be heard or seen
Arbeitsbedingungen
Offices are too loud, especially the big lab. The office is in munich but in a bad location.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Salary is in time. But within the lower range of the local industry standards. There are no extra ordinary grants or anything like that.

The company has a huge budget and seems to spend a part of it on their public image. In general the written articles should be questioned and read carefully.
