• I would re structure how management is and enabling easier communication between each side. It feels like other locations are very disconnected and it is hard to get any information from upper management

I have been able to use my degree while working at this company. Most of the people I have worked with over the years have been great.

Contra

I disapprove of how we are managed. There are far too many managers and not much communication with the employees.
