The colleagues at aicas are friendly to each other and also direct when talking about work.
Workload is distributed as much as possible. Employees have some creative freedom in their work.
At aicas regular meetings are hold to present the current state and achievements. The departments may also hold internally meetings which are done on daily basis to update the direct colleague of their work schedule and progress.
Women and Men are treated as equals. Work related advancements are not coupled to a gender. If self-initiative is shown everyone is supported in advancing with his job.
Karriere / Weiterbildung
If self-initiative is shown, aicas supports its employees. A department change is possible to see and work with new things.
Gehalt / Sozialleistungen
Salary is payed regularly and seems appropriate.
The infrastructure is tended to and the equipment reflects the work that is to be done. New equipment is also acquired if required. Noise pollution is almost not existent, enough lighting, fresh air and AC for hotter days is present.
Working hours can be chosen freely but must adhere to the core time.
Taking vacation follows first come first serve, but can usually be done without any issues.
