Working atmosphere was sometimes very challenging.

I would rate it below average - there was no proper handling of information within company and to get simple info required lot of time. Data management was poor and not systematic
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Most of the expert work is done by external consultants so the knowledge base within company is very poor. Communication and sharing between colleagues is very limited. Few people were fired without proper notice and the residence time of employees within company is very short.
Work-Life-Balance
Change in travel plannings in the last moment happend often and sometimes was challenging for family

In conflicts, there is no conflict management. Communication with management is on a low level.
Decisions and targets are not realistic, not clear and modified very often.

Some interesting projects were done in collaboration with reputable external partners and that part was very interesting and nice

My impression about Alantum is below average. Positive are nice collaborations with external partners. However, my overall impression about this company is much below average. I don't feel that my previous career in this company helped me to further develop some of my competences. As a former employee of Alantum I would not recommend it.

I left the company because there were no career prospects.
