I love working on this company as people treat us fairly and it’s a friendly invironment and most important thing is you work independently with peace of mind.

  • Go back to promoting through seniority. Then maybe people who have committed their lives to the company may actual begin to care about their jobs again. The worst decision this company has ever paid deeply for is to disrespect qualified, experienced workers, and cheapen what they have to offer. As far as I am concerned, this company is dis-graceful for how it has treated its most talented and driven employees. What is most important is how this company undervalues talent. How it undervalues talent. How it values talking the talk who cant walk the walk. Such a high quality company who reduced us to a low class company. They will see that through lost customers. Happy Hunting;-)

Pro

This company acts like they care. When it comes to their pocket book. They will leave you out in the cold to freeze. No second glance, zero consideration. Even if you make them money you are a waste of expense.

Contra

promoting is about stroking someones ego. Not about your skills and talents.
