Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

- nice location of the office (Arabellapark)
- working from home is always welcome
- dogs are always welcome
- great team-leads and great CEOs (always ready to listen, help and support)
- a lot of various lunch opportunities
- various soft-drinks and ice-cream
- very friendly colleagues from different parts of Germany and the world
- kitchen where you can cook whatever you want, anytime you want
- extremely good coffee due to the high-end barista coffee equipment!
- very skilled software-development team
- regular console evenings with Nintendo games and pizza
- super nice team events, summer and winter events
- very low fluctuation (which means the likelihood of experiencing the amazing colleagues leave the company is very low)

Verbesserungsvorschläge

This is something really irrelevant to the whole picture, but it's also the only one thing that I can think about in terms of "Verbesserung". It's the schedule of the cleaning service, which was every Wednesday around 10:30 in the morning. Not always a good timing to hear a vacuum cleaner, when important calls or discussions happen : )

Arbeitsatmosphäre

Super friendly colleagues, 3 dogs and very comfortable work-atmosphere!

What I like a lot is that the office is not open-spaced. The teams have their own spaces and therefore it's good and quiet when having important calls.

I don't quite understand this section of kununu. If the employees do not represent the image of a company itself, what's the point working there at all??

In my opinion, the positive external image of Allocation Network reflects the positive internal sentiment of it's employees to a very high degree.

Work-Life-Balance

Even before corona, working from home was not an issue. 100% flexible. Overhours are not common, so you can enjoy the evening right after 17-18 o'clock.

My hometown is around 1500km away from Munich. Visiting my parents and working from there also worked perfectly.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

Allocation supports personal, professional and academic development. I decided to start studying while working there and the company suggested to split the costs for it 50/50, which I highly appreciate!

The company sees it's employees as assets and therefore it listens, understands and invests in them. This leads to a win-win situation, a very strong mutual development and a long-term harmonic growth.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

Good, over the average for Munich. The part "for Munich" is very important, because the life here is very expensive. The salary at Allocation covers every need perfectly. I've witnessed other small companies who pretend they are not in Munich and offer some funny salaries. Allocation is definitely years ahead and much better than the average.

Very strong and healthy relationship between colleagues!

At Allocation Network the words "old" and "young" do not exist in the dictionary. Everybody is part of the team.

Both my team lead and the CEOs of the company were always there for me.

Arbeitsbedingungen

Adjustable desks, wireless headsets with noise-cancelling , ergonomic mouse, iPhones.. everything you need for a comfortable day at the office (or at home).

Kommunikation

Because the company has flat hierarchy, communication works fine on every level.

Interessante Aufgaben

Due to the diversified customers portfolio, one could never get bored, because every customer has different demands, interesting projects and goals. These reflect on the dynamics of the tasks and there was always something new and interesting.
