As an ambitious professional who also happens to be the proud mother of two children, balance is not enough in order to enjoy the best of both worlds. Instead, I have the support and flexibility that allows me to split my time in a way that best suits the needs of my family and my career.

Interessante Aufgaben
In my role as Senior Marketing Manager, there is never a dull day. If i'm not knee-deep in data, i'm finely tuning an Instagram caption, or looking for new ways to better reach our diverse target audiences. On one hand i'd love to actually focus entirely on one task before the next one becomes Priority 1, but on the other hand, variety is the spice of life!

As you may know, some of us recently argued that the concept of 'work-life-balance' is basically rubbish since the term suggests that the ideal shares of 'working' and 'living' periods should equal 50% each.
