Opaque contracts with nobody able to truly clarify stuff, discrepancies in monthly payments (income wasn't the same, when it should've)
You remember people exist only when you want to hire and fire them. Whilst rented they make money, so they don't exist. This didn' t happen to me, cause I quit, but I heard it a lot: when your project is over, they call you for a meeting to fire you, whilst the say 'we did our best to find you something' , but no new interviews were set for customers until then.
You have no client portfolio.
Calling me to ask me if the company I was at, needed new employees, and asking for me to give them Alten mugs and business cards, was close to begging and made me realise why you win contracts

None. As a Engineering company, they are a low cost winner. As a 'Personal Dienstleister' , they just search for the cheaoest and fire them as soon as the projects are over.

Everybody's for themselves. Stay online or in fake meetings. When asked something, start a long e- mail chain playing the 'please help the colleagues' .

Poor. I swear, all the career failures ended up here in hugh osying positions with no real practical clue how to manage. They talk a lot (theory) , but fail miserably in implementing it.
