They should revamp higher management by employing efficient and skillful professionals.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

There is no clear-cut rules and norms for the team spirit and working together. Everyone does what ever they want - In my experience I have never worked in team. It was always one man show - my manager always pesters for everything without proper structure and norms for working.

Kommunikation

Communication is a foreign word in this company. You only get newsletters (mostly useless) from the management - there is no proper channel and deliver in the information from a higher level in the hierarchy. Even the quality of newsletters is horrible and English used in that was elementary!

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Mostly colleagues at the consulting level are very helping. But due to the lack of proper projects and direction from the top management, only got the chance to work in small projects - where working spirit as team is completely missing.

Work-Life-Balance

I worked in Altran Digital - many times the Business Unit Managers expect you to work day and night. They also employ consultants for cheap salaries, and they completely exploit during probation period. In this regard - seen misusing and exploiting colleagues relocated to Germany for work.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

They do not care about the employees all that they're following is - "use and throw" the employees & "short time money making by exploiting"

Interessante Aufgaben

Since there is lack and vision from higher management for the company portfolio - mostly they try to win what ever projects from the customer for low price and put pressure on consultants without even providing basic trainings.

Gleichberechtigung

They do not know that word "gleichberechtigung". In the foremost place it will be great if they care about any employee.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

This is really very bad company when it comes to respecting long time employees. Usually in big companies they give more trainings and benefits when you stay longer in the company. Here, as long as an employee has a project then you get respect once you do not have then you will be ignored from management with the ideology - you are useless. Also, if anyone does not have a project - they do not help them to improve their knowledge rather they want to get rid of you.

Arbeitsbedingungen

I had the same contract and salary for the last 6 years - which was much below market than market standards when it comes to paying. Also, ever-changing Managers, in one year I had almost 7 managers!

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

They do nothing for this. Yearly they have startup events where they give cheap bags and towels for employee's with Altran name on it.!

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

This was the worst paid company and with ZERO further development & growth. They have fixed salaries and you stay forever in the same position and money - even if you like to work 100 years there!

I think in FR they have good image but in Germany they are really poor and unprofessional.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

If you want to learn anything new only thing they provide is COFFEE MAKING - anything else will cost them money!
