Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Nothing is good in Amazon except the pretty fountain out front that has 2 ducks in at that like to talk and be fed all the time.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The managers don't care about their people. They treat their people by mobbing and insulting them and think this is a way to drive high performance culture. The Human resources department does not represent the employee side of the relationship and only is a puppet to operations management. People who are hired into human resources lack experience on how to deal with senior managers. They treat you like they are dealing with interns.
