Catastrophy. Instead of putting up a good plan, management decides on short term plans for negative result for the team. Management 101 utterly failed.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Friends help friends. It is not about who works best. Guys with more experience and the best numbers in Germany don’t get promotions. Instead guys with not only half the Performance get a promotion due to buddies from the same country.
Interessante Aufgaben
As someone who had worked in IT and is interested in IT it’s very Bad. You only have to Click „next“ in automations.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Colleagues of same or lower levels are mostly sticking together.
Arbeitsbedingungen
No coffee for over three months. Shift planning which should be a management basic job is failed on regular basis. Elevators often don’t work. Not allowed to use break times due to „on call“ (not payed for it)
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
The waste is enormous.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
The base salary is OK. Compared to other companies it’s very bad.
Benefits aren’t benefits. They are presented as benefits but if you have worked in insurance and taxes within Germany you know the company makes good coin off your back from those „benefits“

Karriere/Weiterbildung
As IT guys you won’t learn a lot of new stuff. You get put into the same levels as guys who never worked it and get the same salary. You only learn things that might help you if you stay in the company.
