- I would not have performance based pay. I would cut costs only where needed. I would do more things to boost employee morale. I would open lines of communication at all levels. I would make upper management complete a week of low level employee work to get the full understanding. I would hire people in departments that are over worked. And get a new dishwasher.
Employees friendly and benefits are good.
Performance based raises and bonuses. The lack of communication and common sense of the upper management. The cutting of all costs except for the extravagant things for the CEO. The outlandish goals with lack of trained staff to fulfill them. Lack of moving up through the company. Keep hiring upper management who does not understand what low level employees do daily because they never worked their positions to gain that understanding.
