Kommunikation

No clear communication or processes. Everything changes all the time, benefits get cut and it's handled very intransparent.

Work-Life-Balance

Unpaid overtime, only 2 days home office / week and days are not flexible. Sometimes important meetings happen on home office days and you are expected to come.

We are sorry you didn’t have a great experience during your time here. We continuously look for ways to enhance employee satisfaction. When it comes to remote work, we recently added the option to take 3 whole weeks of remote work a year, additionally to the hybrid approach of 2 days of remote work/week that we already implemented a year ago.
