Relaxed, open and friendly environment. A team of professionals to personally grow with.

Kommunikation

Communication takes place at eye level and not from above. There are regular feedback meetings with your direct manager which helps to exchange about progress and goals and everything else. The leaders share the current state of the company as well as innovations with the entire staff in regular all-hands meetings. I find this transparency very good and in my experience this is not normal in companies. The language is English.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Employees are organized into teams with "Marvel Character" names. Working in these teams feels like being in a family, supporting and helping each other.

Work-Life-Balance

You have felixble working hours and home office options. Overtime can sometimes occur, but the working hours are recorded and made available so that you can keep track of it yourself. Overtime can be compensated independently.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

There is an open communication culture, you can talk to your superiors at any time and they deal with it in a solution-oriented way. Especially at team events, supervisors and management take the time to get to know their colleagues.

Interessante Aufgaben

The tasks are varied and exciting. You can work on new, interesting and innovative digital solutions and get involved and actively help shape products.

Gleichberechtigung

I would like to see more female developers, but I think it's more the industry than the company.

The salary can be negotiated depending on performance and experience. Could always be better, but fine for me
