Continue to work on supporting structures. Let people celebrate together. Don't go too hard on homeoffice restrictions after Corona.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Colleagues are very supportive. Team spirit is good. Always enough time to talk about personal stuff. Never had a situation where management got mad. Offices are really nice, plenty of space and very calm, which is important for focus work. I feel people could talk more to each other.
Kommunikation
Communication was an issue before, as there was little structure to communicate up and down. But I can see a lot of improvements, e.g. a tool for feedback from employees to management was introduced recently.

Colleagues are very open and try to help wherever they can. No silly games.
Work-Life-Balance
It's an agency, so projects sometimes are challenging. But there's lots of space to balance this out. I never felt the pressure to put work ahead of life.

Not a single misbehavior. Very professional. Goals are difficult to achieve but you're not grilled if you doesn't make it.
Interessante Aufgaben
Building apps is super rewarding. You can work with so many different topics, create market leading solutions and deliver them in a very short timeframe. And it's great to see when your solution is used and loved by others.

Appsfactory is a very diverse place. But certainly we need more women in tech.

It's a young company but experience is highly valued.

I got everything I asked for, Mac, Phone, Shirt. Offices on the different locations are very different but all are designed for focus work.

Being a software agency this isn't a major topic, but probably we can do more.

Average pay. I guess you have to push for a salary increase, so don't forget to ask.

Karriere/Weiterbildung
Most of the training is on the job, which I prefer over artificial trainings. Especially in engineering there's a lot on the way to improve this topic.
