The interview started by email, followed by one hour call and the final face-to-face interview.
The entire process took about 2 months, but this was also because I am leaving in another country and at the same time I was evaluating other offers, so maybe the hiring process could be shorter than this.
Compared to other interviews I had, in this one I could have all answers so I had the chance to know from the beginning the opportunities and the company's potential. It was also important for me to meet the employees and see the company's environment.
During the face-to-face interview I felt always comfortable, but I cannot say it was easy! The company organized 2 days workshop where we talk about the company's projects and finally I had to lead a presentation.
So I could say it was a full interview where all aspects have been covered.
