My impression is that everyone thinks for themselves. If you ask support
they will give you, but you have to ask clearly.
No great sensation of team, no activities for team building.

recycling of plastic / paper waste (packaging and parcels) could be improved. Many colleagues throw waste where it suits them best without bothering to go to the appropriate container. For the rest, special wastes are treated with great care.
