Dear former employee.

Thank you very much for your feedback. It mirrors the situation I faced, when I started in January 2019. Correct me, but as we had only one employee leaving in finance and accounting at the end of 2018 we did not meet in person.
Since the beginning of this year we changed a lot. Almost all interims are gone, we hired more people on our own payroll and changed some managers as well. And it paid off. We managed to start a turnaround.
Though being in this process of change we see an improvement in regards of kpis on the one hand and employee satisfaction on the other. There still is a long way to go, but we now clearly see it, so the goal to achieve and we took up pace.
Sorry for losing you a long time before receiving your notice of termination.
