- Campus principals would trust teachers to do their job, support those who need help doing their job, and encourage support amongst staff. Administration personnel would spend 1 day working as a substitute teacher and then would greatly increase sub pay to a competitive rate. Campus administration would avoid punitive actions and increase positive interaction with staff daily.
The school board is responsible and respectful of needs vs. wants and keeping up with the trends. Superintendent is one of the best in the state. Attempts are made to hire appropriately. Student achievement and wellness is put first.
Excessive workday trainings keep teachers out of their classrooms and strain substitute resources. Excessive testing stresses students and pulls time away from teaching, and it drains financial resources that could be used for quality teachers/subs.
