- Better communication in regard to organizational priorities and coordination between departments to meet those goals would help create a better working environment. Better enforcement of work-life balance policies might improve general employee morale which seems to be on the decline.
There is a lot of opportunity for on the job learning.There is a fair amount of freedom in work schedule and tasks so long as projects are completed.
There is a lack of communication between departments and internally within departments. Upper management is closed off and does not direct the rest of the organization toward coordinated priorities. There appears to be a lack of equity in opportunity for advancement and the limited availability of such opportunities seem to be arbitrarily awarded to individuals without considerations for open broadcast of such possibilities. Performance is inconsistently reviewed against departments which has a long term impact on career growth and an immediate impact on compensation in the form of both bonuses and salary raises.
