Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
As an IT intern I inherited quite a huge and hard project. I have had a lot of trust and freedom to fulfil the task. It allowed to evolve my skills where I wanted them to be exploited.
Working atmosphere and relationships among the co-workers are admirable at ARTS. Leadership motivates workers positively, doesn't lack humour neither vision.
Highly recommendable...
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
It's really hard to find anything. There was really good top-bottom communication, however the communication between departments has some room for improvement.
