Everything. The worst experience of my life. The company is suitable for intern, entry level employees or those who are struggling to find a job or need job for visa purposes. At least, they are doing something positiv.
This company is definitely not a fit for well educated and experienced individuals who are looking for a long term solution.Short term only! There are no criteria under which they are choosing new staff. No need to be knowledgeable, they will hire you! And if you have no knowledge in Private equity, than you will have to deal with someone who doesn't know what is he/she doing. If no company wants you, go to Assetmetrix, they will hire you! The Technology they are using is overrated. No standards. Here will only be adjusted! Volume is still very low and the processes are very time consuming and useless. In a nutshell, a disaster! There is no micromanagement, since no one really knows what they are doing, except few people who are leading this company. There are some pretenders, who think they can do something, but the sad truth is, after so many years and if you are worth something, you are just not there where you are now! The entire company is a big show!
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Processes, knowledge, hire better people, train people through workshops, classes etc. and provide better benefits. Training against herrasment and mobbing at workplace immediately needed! Some of them do it without knowing they are doing it! And some of them need it immediately.

No culture. Loud, tight, slow!

If irrelevant, like gossip, spreads within minutes. Work wise, they are at the beginning.

Hortible working conditions. 6-7 people sitying very tight in one office of size approximately 22-25 square meters. Loud, bad air, no space, no discipline! Bad vocabulary and inappropriate behaviour!
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Decent pay, however, no additional benefits.
Eventually, employee picknick once a year!
