- Was not a real conversation. The persons involved in the interview were mainly complaining about the poor morale of staff. Upon my proposal to ask staff why that was the case, the interview was ended and I was asked to wait for next communication from the company- which never happened. Not an experience that to me expressed a high degree of respect towards existing staff.
