I had several application processes at different companies that I successfully participated in, i.e. with positive responses. Austina Fraser convinced me with a very authentic way of interviewing. The process was divided into three stages. At first I had a nice conversation on the phone where I elaborated on my CV and who I am as a person. Additionally, we went through the basics of the job itself. The second interview happend via Google Hangout, i.e. via webcam. During this conversation my future subordinate and me got to know each other. In the third and last interview I went to Munich to meet my subordinate and the director of Austin Fraser Germany. During this interview I had to hold a presentation about myself and about what the job is about. Moreover, I had to participate in a role play in which I was supposed to convince a company to take a job candidate from Austin Fraser.
During the whole process everyone was completely honest about what this job's upsides and downsides are. You could really feel that they took their time to find out if you and Austin Fraser are a good match. This is why I decided to join Austin Fraser instead of other well known recruiting companies.
