Challenging work, but poor compensation, ie no raises, 401k match based on company meeting earnings targets, time off is discretionary, you don't accrue anything
Compensation, should give some sort of raises, even if every other year, and only cost of living, 401k should be a set match, not based on whether or not the company meets target earnings, should have PTO that accrues, not discretionary time off
