It was great until this 2017. Then they eliminated the New Business Team. and got a new President who was always described to me as a "disruptor"
Not in my case. After coming back from a large surgery, I was over-scrutinized for not being at 100% physical performance. Although I was forthcoming about my limitations from day 1 returning, it was ultimately not beneficial to be honest.
Teaching classes was removed from our duties. (a great connect we had with our customers and teams)
Micromanaged starting in 2017.

I feel the new hires to the company will enjoy perhaps a lower salary, and 20 weeks off if they have a child. However, being a veteran at the company was thankless and met with great difficulty upon returning from a surgery.

In the final 2 years, gaining a bonus or much of a raise was near impossible.

- Value team members. Consider team members who are Senior and dedicated to the company as worthwhile. Listen to the field about what is happening...especially if you keep telling them to be "entrepreneurial". Do not base team members worth on one fiscal year, but rather the average of their time with the business and their actual strengths. Consider the customers value of their Salon Development Partner that they have worked with for years.
