We are sorry to see that your experience at Avira didn't match that of many others in our company. Despite how upset you are, we hope that you could see that employees' opinions are taken very seriously here at Avira. As you know, we conduct a half yearly anonymous survey with all employees, where the Management actively encourage your honest and candid opinions in a safe and unbiased format. Our eNPS score is amongst the best in the countries we work in - including the office where you used to work.
We do however, take your point of view seriously. As you are undoubtedly aware, there have been many changes in the Marketing department to allow us to stay true to our company strategy. We realise that the difficult changes that we had to make caused distress amongst many current and former employees. These are not decisions which are taken lightly - and indeed, when they have to be taken, we do so with the upmost consideration both financially and emotionally for all involved.
