The office welcomed me with bad cigarette smell. The interview was the most unprofessional one that I have ever had in my life. The company has an extremely arrogant management, who is asking inappropriate questions. The interview started with “what is your current salary?” In general, the whole interview is just an attempt to belittle your qualifications, so you will not have high salary expectations. As I found out during the interview, two university degrees with GPA 1.6 , an experience in travel industry, and the command of 3 foreign languages means nothing nowadays. The highlight of the meeting was the answer to my sarcastic question how to become such a professional as the head of this company. The reply almost made me fall down from my chair “11 years of working experience in the reservations department of a hotel”. After the interview, I found out that some of my friends were invited to the interview about 1 year ago, were given some trial assignments and offered unpaid internship. After that they left the office to never come back
